Edge Guards can play an important role in protecting your products through the distribution chain.

Placed vertically on the corners of the pallet, they help boxes line up more accurately, corner on corner and reduce sideways movement. This ensures that the stacking strength of the palletised load is maximised. Put another way, they can help you reduce the cost of the outer box by increasing the effective performance of a lower grade material.

Placed horizontally on the pallet, they help protect from damage by fork trucks and pallets stacked on top. This can reduce claims for damaged products and lower costs.

Edge Guards can also help with strapping the palletised load as, placed underneath the strapping, they protect the boxes from damage due to the strap tension.
